“Dark Clouds”

Created with acrylic paint, natural pigments as well as sand and reclaimed fishing rope

The artwork’s distinct texture was created using black sand from Brittas Bay and reclaimed fishing rope, which I collected during a wild swim on a remote beach in County Mayo.
